All in-studio photo sessions are completely guaranteed. You’ll be absolutely thrilled with your photos or you don't have to pay.

How can you be so sure?

Photographer Cheryl Savan has confidence that you’ll be 100% pleased with her work because she works closely with you to prepare for each session and ensure great results. At each step in the process you will be involved and will review images to make sure we are getting images that work for you. If you don't like how the image looks, let Cheryl know and she'll adjust to make sure you are happy with the images. If you aren't happy, you don't have to pay.

To qualify for the guarantee, you are required to do any of the “pre-work” Cheryl asks you to do — answering questions, providing samples of your work, etc. — ahead of the photo session. You also must be on time to the scheduled session, well-rested and bring appropriate clothing to the session.

Limitations

The Cheryl Savan Photography guarantee only applies to photography fees for in-studio sesion. Photography fees for on-site or on-location sessions and any additional expenses, such as makeup artists or rental fees, are non-refundable.

Timing

To qualify for the guarantee, you must let Cheryl know that you are not happy with the results during the session. She'll do what she can to make it right.
